Banbury the historic market town famous for ‘Ride a Cock Horse’ nursery rhyme. You can enjoy shopping at Castle Quay, which is dog-friendly. Just check individual shops. You can also enjoy different types of street food at the lovely Lock 29, located within the shopping centre.
Along the canal, there are some lovely restaurants with outdoor seating.
The Light, Banbury, is also located here. It houses a restaurant, cinema, and leisure activities such as adventure climb, bowling, mini golf, karaoke, arcade, and more.

Don’t forget that Castle Quay, Banbury, is dog-friendly, though check for the ‘Dog Friendly’ stickers in each shop as some may not be. A lot of eateries in Banbury are dog-friendly, as well as the pubs in the surrounding villages.
